Piece EX & anime

I also grew up watching anime and joining communities that brought together fans from all over Brazil.

Fans needed a place to follow One Piece in Portuguese, with content and subtitled episodes.

Helped build the site and prepare the subtitles. My cousin João Felipe translated some episodes; I prepared the subtitles and synced them with the dialogue.

Piece EX (pieceex.com), dedicated to the world of One Piece, plus subtitles with timings adjusted by hand so every line showed up at the right moment.

We learned not only programming, but also collaboration, content creation, project organization and the power of online communities.
